Logan Walters, PT,DPT

Logan was born and raised in the small town of Shade Gap, in south central Pennsylvania.  He attended Lebanon Valley College for the duration of his college career, where he was a member of the basketball team for two years and graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. After graduation, Logan worked in an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic just outside of Philadelphia, where he treated a wide variety of orthopedic conditions while developing his skillset and personal approach to treatment.  Last year, Logan decided to pursue his career goal of becoming a Sports Clinical Specialist.  He is currently completing the Saint Francis University Sports Residency program, after which he will be relocating to Salem in August.
Sports have been an integral part of Logan’s life, and his desire to work with athletes has been the primary driver that led him to the field of Sports Physical Therapy. Logan grew up playing basketball, baseball, and golf; and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan (Go Birds!).  During his college career, Logan suffered a pair of ACL injuries which led to his strong passion for rehabilitating ACLR patients and for educating athletes about the latest knee and ACL specific injury prevention techniques.  Other special interests include promoting injury prevention/movement conditioning for youth athletes, return to sport following concussion, and the treatment of basketball players and the overhead athlete. His treatment philosophy centers around empowering athletes to learn how enhance their sport specific performance and bullet proof their bodies to prevent future injuries.  Outside of the PT clinic Logan enjoys golfing, playing/watching basketball, exploring the outdoors, and tuning into any Philadelphia team sporting event that he can.
