Chris was born and raised in the Southeast Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Arizona State University in 2015. He then moved to Denver, Colorado where he completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University in 2018. While at Regis he completed various rotations in Bend, Las Vegas, Portland, and Tempe. Chris has worked in a variety of orthopedic settings with his final student rotation being completed at Arizona State University in athletics. He then moved up to the Pacific Northwest where he has worked in our Northwest Rehab Sport and Spine clinic since graduating.
Chris grew up with a heavy sports background which has led to his passion of combining rehabilitation and sport performance. He strives to empower his patients to become active in their rehab which he completes through corrective exercise, manual therapy, and movement based interventions. He has a special interest in soccer players, runners, and the overhead athlete, however he enjoys working with patients of any age, sport, or ability. Outside of NWRA Chris can be found exploring the outdoors, snowboarding, running, playing & watching soccer (Go Timbers), being a weekend warrior, and exploring the many breweries Oregon has to offer.
